What information do we collect?

With your decision to apply for this position, you also submit information about your educational and professional background in addition to your personal data.

Your resume is processed automatically when you submit the application form and the data is stored in the applicant database. Your attachments are processed with text recognition software and the recognized content is saved to your record. Your original documents are converted to PDF documents and also saved to your data record. Your original files will be deleted.

When your application documents are sent by e-mail, they are automatically read out and recorded in our applicant management system. In this process, all documents sent along (cover letter, resume, certificates and other proofs) as well as the information contained therein will be saved.

If you still send us your application documents in person or by mail, we first digitize them and then also record them in our applicant management system. We will return the original documents to you immediately.

Inadmissible content

You are solely responsible for the content of the posted texts. Please ensure that you do not send us any file attachments containing viruses or worms. Personal data that you submit to us should generally not include the following:

  • Information about diseases,
  • information about possible pregnancy,
  • information about ethnic origin,
  • political, religious or philosophical beliefs,
  • union membership, and sexual orientation,
  • defamatory or degrading information,
  • Information that is not specifically related to your application.

The information you send us must be truthful, not violate the rights of third parties, public law or morality ("Unacceptable Content"). Please also note that you will indemnify us against any claims that we may have as a result of information containing Prohibited Content that you submit to us.

Who processes your data?

The applicant portal is operated by concludis GmbH, Frankfurter Str. 561, 51145 Cologne, Germany. The applicant portal is hosted on servers of the company Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25 in 91710 Gunzenhausen. Your CV is automatically processed by the parsing tool of the company Textkernel BV. The parsing takes place on a server in Germany. Your data will be deleted after the parsing process at Textkernel BV.

In addition to hosting, concludis also provides service and maintenance for the applicant management software. In the course of the service, we also provide advice by telephone on how to use the software. In this context, employees of concludis GmbH may have access to the applicant data. A contract for order processing has been concluded with concludis, which also covers the confidential handling of applicant data. 

At the end of this document, you will find the data of a contact person as well as the contact details of our data protection officer and the responsible supervisory authority.

For what purpose is my personal data processed and to whom is it forwarded?

Your application data will be processed exclusively within our group of companies for application purposes. In addition, personal data may be disclosed to further recipients or categories of recipients:

  • public bodies, insofar as legal regulations require this
  • internal offices, insofar as the data is required there within the framework of the proper performance of duties.

The transfer of data to third parties - including third countries - does not take place.

Processing and deletion of your CV data

You have the right to access, obtain information about and correct your data. If you have received access data to our applicant portal as part of your confirmation of receipt, you can delete your applicant profile in this portal via the "Extras" menu item. Your application data will then be physically deleted and cannot be restored.

If you do not delete your application manually, your application data will be automatically deleted from the system 6 months after completion of the application process.

Alternatively, you can revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time without incurring any adverse consequences. Address your revocation to

hr@haron-services.com.

In case of revocation, all data will be physically deleted after receipt of the revocation notice and cannot be restored.

We are entitled at any time to discontinue this service or to delete your data in whole or in part without giving reasons.

Data security

We take precautions to protect your data and to prevent misuse from the outside. Measures such as encryption (SSL encryption), firewalls, hacker defense programs and manual security measures are used. SSL encryption is active when the key icon at the bottom of your browser is closed and when the address begins with "https://". Please note that JavaScript™ technology is used on our pages.

Disruption of the service, discontinuation or modification of the service or deletion of data.
We do not guarantee that the service will be available at certain times. We do not exclude disturbances, interruptions or a possible failure of the online offer. The servers are carefully backed up on a regular basis. As far as data is transmitted to and - no matter in which form - you are however recommended to make backup copies. We reserve the right to change, expand, limit or completely discontinue this service at any time. Any liability on our part for deleted data or data loss is therefore excluded.
